Dashboard → Promotions → New discount. Choose a percentage, the items it applies to and an end date. Discounts show as a strike-through price on the listing and in search. You can run one discount per item at a time.
Discounts don't affect the subscription pool, only one-off prices. A code-based discount is private until you share the code; a listing discount is public. Stacking a code on a listing discount is not allowed.
We run seasonal sales and the monthly Drop. Opt items in from Dashboard → Promotions → Upcoming. Promotions have a fixed discount and run for a set window; you can withdraw an item up to 48 hours before the start.
A person answers every ticket. Median first reply is 3 hours, 7 days a week.
