Licence agreement
One licence for every asset in the library. This is the whole thing; there is no tier chart to decode.
1. What you get
When you download an asset you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it in an unlimited number of projects for yourself or your clients. That covers branding, websites, apps, print, packaging, social, advertising, video and merchandise.
Pro and Team downloads carry the Commercial licence. One-off purchases carry the tier you chose at checkout: Personal, Commercial or Extended Commercial.
2. Tiers, in plain English
- Personal: your own non-commercial projects. No selling, no client work.
- Commercial: client work and products for sale up to 5,000 units or £50,000 revenue per end product. Advertising with any reach.
- Extended Commercial: everything in Commercial with no unit cap, plus use in apps, games, templates for sale and on-demand print services.
- Team plans upgrade every download to Extended Commercial automatically.
3. What you can't do
- Resell, share, sub-license or give away the asset on its own, or as part of a bundle, in any format.
- Use an asset in a way that competes with the original listing (for example, selling a font you downloaded as your own).
- Claim authorship of an asset or register it as a trademark or design on its own.
- Use a photo of a person in a way that implies endorsement, or in adult, political or defamatory contexts.
- Train machine-learning models on assets or use them to generate derivative asset packs for sale.
4. End products
An end product is something you make with an asset in which the asset is not the main value: a brand identity, a website, a poster, a book cover. Anything where the asset is the product, such as a mockup you resell as a mockup, is not an end product and is not permitted.
Client work: you may transfer the finished end product to a client. Only one of you needs the licence, but neither of you may re-use the source files in a different project without your own download.
5. Fonts
Desktop and web use is included. You may embed a font in a PDF, an app or a web page (up to 1 million monthly page views under Commercial, unlimited under Extended). Converting a font to a different format for your own use is fine; distributing the converted file is not.
6. Termination
A licence ends only if you breach it. Cancelling a subscription does not end licences for projects completed while subscribed, but you may not start new projects with previously downloaded files once your plan ends.
