Yes. Web embedding is included up to 1 million monthly page views under Commercial and unlimited under Extended. Self-host the files; don't link to a public copy.

Can I use a font in a logo?

Yes, under Commercial. The logo is your end product. You can't trademark the font itself, and you can't include the font files when you hand the logo over; send outlined vectors instead.
