When does my membership renew?
Article created 3 months agoMonthly plans renew on the day you joined; annual plans on the anniversary. The next charge date and amount are shown under Account › Membership, and we email a reminder seven days before an annual renewal.

Article created 3 months agoGo to Account › Billing and add a new card; it becomes the default for future renewals. A failed renewal is retried three times over a week before the plan pauses.
